To provide Black and Latinx talent with the resources and support that they need to thrive as remote and freelance professionals.
To continuously connect companies with a unique pool of diverse talent for freelance and remote work.
Incluzion's founder, Jibril Sulaiman, is an entrepreneur of 20 years and has an innate passion to provide economic empowerment for marginalized communities. In 2019, his passion led him to launch Incluzion - a community of Women, Black and Latinx professionals working in a flexible capacity (remote professionals, freelancers and consultants). And a startup Incluzion connects its community to upskilling & job opportunities through a freelance marketplace, remote jobs board and learning platform.
Jibril’s passion stemmed from his own experiences in building a career as a small business owner from 2000-2010, as a first-time tech founder in 2011 and as a board member for his hometown’s African American Chamber of Commerce. Jibril propelled his first tech company, Paysell, to #484 on the Inc5000 list in 2016. During this time, Jibril had the opportunity to hire and grow his tech startup using freelance and contract talent from Elance, but found it difficult to find Black freelancers on the platform. After exiting the company he became a freelancer himself and personally experience how difficult it was to be noticed as a Black freelancer on the current platforms. Eventually, because of the press from making the Inc 5000 list, other companies began reaching out to him to also source Black freelance web development talent.
As the founder and Ceo of Incluzion, Jibril leads a team whose mission is to provide Black and Latinx talent with the resources and support that they need to thrive as remote, freelance or work-from-home professionals.
