Sprinklr is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Sales Enablement team! This role reports to the Director of Program Management, Sales Enablement. This person would be responsible for analyzing and tracking engagement data from various multimedia initiatives, content, and programs across Sprinklr, and serving up insights that help us optimize our field programs to improve different dimensions of seller performance.
Candidates for this role must possess an affinity for business systems and sales data, a growth mindset, and love to help others succeed. A support role (and team) of the highest order, we are constantly thinking of creative ways to serve our new and tenured Sales teams.
