Generally, what would you do as a Curative Associate?Review completed title commitments and take those actions necessary to remove title exceptions, or requirements, verify vesting and obtain payoffs as needed. Be able to negotiate with creditors to resolve liens on title. Work with title insurance underwriting counsel to resolve complex issues regarding vesting and marketable title matters.

- 2 years of Title clearance/ curative experience required
- REO experience preferred
- Strong MS office skills required
- Review completed title commitments and take those actions necessary to remove title exceptions or requirements,
- Verify vesting and obtain payoffs as needed
- Be able to negotiate with creditors to resolve lines on the title
- Work with title insurance underwriting counsel to resolve complex issues regarding vesting and marketable title matters
