Developer needed for website updating, integrating plug in features using WordPress and updating the design of the platform.

During the website revamping, I would still like visitors to have access to the site but only the front page with signing up for the newsletter, collecting emails! ( So customers can visit the URL but the website will say “Under Construction Coming Soon”, please sign up for updates with your email etcc. Maybe adding a little blur about the new branding and etcc.
