Overview:
Are you a communications professional interested in employee engagement and health care?Altarum, a nonprofit health care consulting organization and government contractor, is hiring an internal communications specialist with strong writing and oral communication skills to drive employee engagement. Candidates based in Ann Arbor, Michigan and select remote locations will be considered.
Altarums mission is to advance health of at-risk and disenfranchised populations. We build innovative solutions to improve quality of care of Medicare, Medicaid, and military and veteran health system beneficiaries. We work with states and foundations on a wide range of health-related initiatives, from responding to the opioid crisis to connecting health information for better outcomes.
This position is central to advancing this mission by building channels of communication across the organization that inform, engage, and energize our team members. The position is based in Altarums Communications and Public Affairs department, but also works closely with members of the Human Resources department.
