We’re looking to add a new node to the Marketing Automation Program Manager cluster, focusing on marketing automation and email merchandising. In this role, you will be a trusted thought partner to the demand generation, product marketing, and event marketing teams, working closely on jointly defining the outbound strategy and joint go-to-market execution for demand generation campaigns. You will need to be comfortable with the technical aspects of marketing technology and email service providers.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Act as a digital lead for the Elastic Email Merchandising Program.
  • Craft customer based lifecycle campaigns leveraging our current MarTech stack.
  • Drive standardization across, strategy, targeting, and reporting across email merchandising functions.
  • Onboard a new technology vendor (determined), and implement content automation within 6 months.
  • Work with stakeholders to craft compelling and differentiated outbound product messaging and content.
  • Define and execute (with operational marketing teams) the GTM strategy for new launches & campaigns
  • Build a positive relationship with peers in Product & Partner Marketing and collaborate to efficiently launch new releases and products.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven marketing automation experience (4+ yrs)
  • Technical expertise in building marketing automation programs and managing platforms.
  • Strong B2B marketing experience.
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project stakeholders at once.
  • Curiosity about the how of technology to tell compelling stories about the why.
  • Proven track record to craft engaging customer experiences across the buyers journey, leveraging technology.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing joint GTM campaigns.
  • Comfort working in a very cross-functional role, with a highly distributed team.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
