Ethena is looking for a Multimedia Editor to join our small but mighty team. We are based in Brooklyn, but welcome remote candidates who are able to work EST hours.
What youll be doing:
Leverage the power of visuals, video, and audio to create a best-in-class experience for our learners, competing for eyes not just against other training platforms but the internet at large
Reimagine what training can be for modern teams and execute on that vision
Develop an efficient model to create flexibility and maximize the impact of our creative team
Recruit and manage creatives, including freelancers
Work with the broader editorial team to create and deliver on a strategy for enterprise customers
Iterate on content based on stakeholder feedback and data
Collaborating cross-functionally with sales and product teams
What makes a great candidate:
3+ years of experience as digital media editor or producer
Excellent communication skills
An entrepreneurial mindset – were an early stage startup so were not just looking for someone to run a playbook – we want you to help build it
A roll up your sleeves mentality and comfort with ambiguity
Passion for what were building here at Ethena
An impeccable sense of humor
Valued but not required:
Experience in a quickly growing an editorial team
Experience working in an agency environment or branded content
