System Engineer – Microsoft Azure

Supports client environment and is responsible for support, incident management, problem management and change management for devices and resources. Provides Tier 3 engineering and support for relevant technology of environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Interactive Intelligence:
* Provides telephony engineering support to Call Center and Business user community.
* Manages and administers telephony engineering requests, projects and end user support requests in call center environment.
* Provides support to both on site and remote users.
* Hands on trouble shooting of all telephony applications and infrastructure related issues.
* Perform system administration on Interactive Intelligence (I3) Telephony platform.
* Performs system monitoring of Network Components.
* Interfaces with Network Team to support VOIP environment.

* Provides domain administration, server and desktop virtualization, infrastructure consisting of vSphere, XenDesktop, Citrix Provisioning Server.
* Installs, tests, evaluates, and integrates various applications and 3rd party products into virtual desktop architecture.
* Installs and publishes applications in Citrix farms.
* Provides farm and servers reports and maintenance.
* Packages applications via XenApp to user’s virtual desktop environment

Windows and Veeam:
* Provides server builds and deployment.
* Patches servers, SAN and End User computing devices
* Deploys and maintains Dell/EMC SAN, Servers and networking.
* Deploys and maintains network printers and printing services.
* Manages and deploys Group Policy Objects.
* Performs operating system updates, driver updates and bug fixes as necessary.
* Performs data backups and archiving.
* Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization’s values.
* Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
* Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications

* Associate’s Degree in a related field.
Experience / Technical Requirements
* 5 years’ in a related area including experience in the following:

o ININ Call Center (I3 or Interactive Intelligence).

o Healthcare environment.

o ESX 6.0 or higher to include VMware vCenter, vRealize (vCenter Operations Manager), supporting multiple operating systems and applications to include SQL server, Windows server, Linux Red Hat.

o vSphere PowerCLI and ability to write simple scripts.

o VMware enterprise features (DRS, HA, vMotion, VCB, SRM, Update Manager).

o Security/vulnerability patching of VMware/vSphere hosts and virtual machines, including deployment and process documentation.
* Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, Server Virtualization, Directory Services, Citrix Systems, PowerShell Scripting, as demonstrated through maintenance and documentation of Information Systems Technologies.
* Proficient in VMWare performance, capacity planning, monitoring, virtualization analysis, and consolidation activities.
* Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.

* PCP – (PureCloud Core Professional)
* ICCE – (Interaction Center Certified Engineer) 3.0, 4.0;
* IDCE – (Interaction Dialer Certified Engineer) versions 3.0 and 4.0.
