With more than 18 years in financial services, I have a wide range of experience providing end-to-end project, change management, and business analysis experience seasoned with defining business needs and recommending value-based solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
My focus over the past 15 years has been on business analysis and business architecture specializing in identifying business needs while performing capabilities analysis between objectives and existing resources.  I am also skilled in recommending process improvements that increases value and product experience. I am experienced in implementing Budgeting and Forecasting, Basel, Management Reporting, and Regulatory Reporting (i.e. Reg W & TIC) initiatives.  However, my portfolio has expanded to value creation in the public & retail sector as well.  I am a certified Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC 5) with experience training, implementing and coaching agile release trains (ART) and scrum teams that ensures value delivery and Team sustainability.  Providing support at team, program, and portfolio level.
