Maryam My name is Maryam Joseph. I have a background in teaching, herbology and most recently full web development. Currently I am abroad, building a website for a school and teaching JavaScript to tweens and teens pro-bono. I got into programming because when I reached the age of maturity it became clear to me that we have some major problems in the world, that we created and it's only right that we fix it. I see that being possible with the power of technology. The saying goes "if you're not apart of the solution, then you're apart of the problem." So one day I hope to combine my passion for teaching, Herbology and programming to find a solution to at least one if not more of those problems.
