Advantage Consulting (established in 2008) provides planning, evaluation, program development and change management services to assist organizations and communities to envision the future and develop the necessary actions to realize it. We help clients create and implement a “roadmap” to guide their efforts toward preferred results.
Advantage Consulting guides clients through all phases of planning and change management, including issues analysis, vision, and mission development, action planning, project management and monitoring change efforts. Our approach is mission-driven, meaning that we help clients focus on why they exist and ways to better implement their efforts to realize their mission.
