    * Implemented a system and process designed to identify key target accounts, qualified and managed those accounts through an initial phase of the sales cycle until it became an opportunity and transferred that opportunity onto the field sales rep where it became a closed deal and a services customer. This system was responsible for generating hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of business and approximately 33% of the opportunities for the Northeast and North Central regions of North America. * Assisted with the coordination and follow-up of sales campaign efforts on marketing events which included scheduling calls between sales representatives and customers. * Leveraged return on investment (ROI) information that included information specific to the customer and designed to open discussions between the sales representatives and the customers. * Trained the new sales representatives on the CRM system, pricing tools, and our services in order to prepare them for position. * Worked with a direct alliance team to ensure all leads generated through online marketing efforts were transferred to the correct field sales representative for immediate follow-up. * Worked with a team in India responsible for designing and researching our customers and producing an all-encompassing document the field sales representatives could use to position services with their customers.
